Mrs. Sharon Pinkney is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in client relations, operational support, and brokerage services within the financial industry. With a Bachelor's Degree in Applied  Sciences, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Campbell University, Sharon has demonstrated a consistent ability to deliver high-level support across various roles, including at First Citizens Bank and Northwestern Mutual.

During an 11-year tenure at First Citizens Bank, Sharon excelled as a Broker Services Liaison, where she evaluated, researched, and resolved operational issues for a wide range of financial professionals. Her expertise in managing new accounts, facilitating account transfers, and
processing complex transactions made her a key contributor to the success of the Investor Services Department.

Prior to this, Sharon served as a Client Relations Coordinator at Northwestern Mutual, where she supported client service requests, processed marketing projects, and facilitated the seamless transfer of agency clients across the United States. Sharon’s ability to manage sensitive client interactions and complex administrative tasks set her apart as a reliable and resourceful team member.
